We are an Italian family with over 125 years of milling heritage. In 1893, our great-grandfather established his first flour mill, and in 1991, inspired by the dreams of our ancestors, we founded Molinos Benvenuto S.A. Since March 1991, we have been producing wheat flour, specialized blends for bakeries, and customized solutions for a wide range of food industries. We also produce wheat by-products for animal feed.
