Wheat Flour 0000

Our 0000 flour is a high-quality flour with a low mineral content and a characteristic creamy white color. It is a product with a finer particle size than "Type 000" flour and is made from a careful selection of the whitest products obtained during the sifting and milling stages. Its rheological properties provide elastic doughs that are easy to machine.

Uses

Fresh and Dry Pasta

Our 0000 flours are especially suitable for producing all types of pasta, both fresh (pasteurized or natural) and partially dehydrated or dry. With our 0000 flour, products with a lighter color and longer shelf life are obtained, due to the very low bacterial load provided by our flours.

Baked Goods - Bread Products

Using our 0000 flours in sandwich bread (English or sandwich type), pieces with a white and tender crumb, with small and regular alveoli, are obtained. It is excellent for pastry and confectionery products, and also for pizzas and breads, where the white color of the crumb is of great importance.
