Broccoli and cheese pudding

Ingredients
✔️Stems and leaves of 1 large head of broccoli
✔️2 eggs, beaten
✔️3 tablespoons oil
✔️Salt, pepper, and dried onion (to taste)
✔️⅓ cup water
✔️1½ cups self-rising flour 
✔️Shredded cheese, as desired

1️ Boil the broccoli stems and leaves until very soft (yes, the parts you usually discard!). Drain and finely chop. Season with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you like. 2️ In a bowl, mix the beaten eggs, oil, and water. Add the shredded cheese and gently fold in the self-rising flour, stirring until you achieve a smooth, lump-free batter. 3️ Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy warm!
