Dietary Line

At our mill, we use a unique wheat grain cleaning process, the only one of its kind in the country, to produce nutritious and healthy dietary products. This process involves machinery that intensely friction-cleans the grain, removing the most exposed outer layer of the wheat kernel. As a result, we obtain cleaner, healthier wheat bran and whole wheat flour, in compliance with Codex Alimentarius international food standards.

Wheat Bran

A finely processed product in the form of thin flakes, obtained from the outer layers of the wheat grain. It contains cellulose, polysaccharides, proteins, fats, and minerals, making it an ideal ingredient for recipes requiring texture, crunch, high protein, and fiber, while promoting good digestion. It can also be consumed raw as a nutritional supplement.

Whole Wheat Flour

We obtain our whole wheat flour by processing the wheat in a modern stone mill, which keeps the grain temperature low during milling. This protects its nutritional characteristics and preserves all the constituent ingredients of the grain: bran, germ, and endosperm. Our whole wheat flour significantly improves the digestibility of baked goods and other farinaceous products made with it. Its consistent, calibrated particle size allows for gentle kneading and proper dough hydration, resulting in balanced, crispier, and more flavorful products.
It is especially recommended for baking or cooking high-nutritional-value foods, as it contains high levels of fiber and vitamins. Ideal for making whole wheat bread, multigrain bread, whole wheat pasta, and any other recipe where you want a tasty, crunchy, and highly digestible product—without the need to add white flour or other ingredients.

Wheat Germ

Wheat germ is the embryo of the wheat grain, the source of new plant growth. It is the main reservoir of nutrients, providing the energy necessary for root growth, stem development, and overall vitality. It is a natural source of numerous proteins and vitamins, most notably vitamin E, one of the most powerful natural antioxidants. Vitamin E helps delay or prevent premature cellular aging. With its mild, fresh nutty flavor, wheat germ enhances and aromatizes dishes, adding a pleasant taste. It can be used as a topping for meals, as a substitute for shredded cheese and condiments, or it can be consumed raw, by the spoonful, or mixed into smoothies, juices, and yogurt.
